- E2E works with area experts to provide professional development opportunities such as the E2E Counselor & Educator Conference and the Educator Externship program to share effective strategies to inform, inspire, and prepare our student for success in education and careers.
- E2E also leads several initiatives that enable students to achieve their potential and fully participate in economic opportunities in the area such as the Discover Your Direction: Exploring Endorsements Conference and the Ready for College and Career Conference.
- E2E also leads several initiatives such as the Emerging Professionals’ Internship Program (EPI), the Construction Apprenticeship Training (CAT) program, Recapture Your Dream, the Coastal Compass Education and Career Resource Center, and the E2E Scholarship program to increase student success in the region.
Education to Employment Partners focuses on informing students of all ages of the education and career opportunities available in the Coastal Bend. This strategy would not be possible without the collaborative efforts of K-12 educators and administrators, higher education institutions faculty and staff, and workforce training program providers working together to promote and share these opportunities with all of our students.
